ACTT and Outpatient Services

Training:

Introduction to ACTT 101- Focus on identifying and describing coping strategies to deal with symptoms of mental illness. Identifies ACT supports provided through the Medicaid Provider Manual. Reviews specific components of ACT.

High Fidelity ACTT 101- ACT History, Research, and Fidelity; Staffing, ACT Leadership: ACT Medical Team; ACT Specialist and related specialty services

Motivational interviewing – an evidentlce based approach to behavior change.

Permanent Housing Support- provides eligible adults, living with disabilities, and/or experiencing homelessness the opportunity to attain and maintain integrated, affordable housing with flexible tenancy supports .

Supported Employment -ongoing support in order to successfully maintain their community job over time. Assist in determining job interests and abilities, filling out applications, developing interviewing skills, as well as helping to foster coworker relationships and support systems within the work environment.
